It's been a while since I've posted. Where have I been? Well, I've been working on all my scripts/essays for the various big name writing contests and fellowships, which are mostly all due in the spring season. For almost every aspiring professional screenwriter, this time of year is known as MAYpocalypse because most of the deadlines for the aforementioned contests and fellowships land somewhere in May.

In the midst of all this madness of fine-tuning my tales, I did receive some good news about my feature film project. It was selected to participate in NALIP's 2015 Latino Media Market at the Latino Media Summit in Hollywood at the end of June. By participating in the Media Market, I will be able to present my project to various executives, financiers, distributors and other industry insiders.  We have a great team forming around this project and will soon hopefully secure more talent and the funding needed to move it into production.

So after Maypocalypse is over, I'll begin readying my presentation materials to take to the Media Market at the end of June. More updates will be coming soon.
